Homemade Pizza!
Pizza has never been so easy. Or maybe it has.
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough (I used store bought, but a new recipe for homemade dough is coming soon!)
Pizza Sauce (Spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce have differences)
Shredded Cheese (I prefer mozzarella)
Toppings (Pepperoni, Ham, ect.)
Pizza pans with air holes in the bottom
Rolling Pin
Flour

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 420 degrees. Flour your surface and start rolling out your dough. Roll until it fits the shape of your pizza pans. Then, gently place it on the the pan.
Next what you want to do is spread sauce evenly around the dough, but there is a catch. Keep it at least 2 inches away from the end of the dough. Thats the crust. Add your cheese and toppings.
I used sopressata. :) Cook in the oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden. (About 20 minutes.)
